At Mondo Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

  Place the jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring it is unworn and in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Send the package back to our studio using a tracked shipping service or drop it off at one of our designated collection points.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5 business days.
